Safeway Clearance Tutorial

I stumbled upon THIS post about how to find great deals at Safeway by checking out the clearance section and thought I'd share it. Safeway is my primary grocery store and I know it is for everyone else in my town since it's the ONLY grocery store here! I've gotten a few good deals from the clearance section but after reading this post I'm inspired to look more often!
